Application procedure

APPLICATION DEADLINE:

1st July for Autumn Semester – Make sure you arrive in our university before 8th of October 

1st December for Spring Semester – Make sure you arrive in our university before 6st of March

Nomination

After your university has nominated you to participate in an Erasmus+ mobility at UNIVERSITY OF LIFE SCIENCES ’’ KING MIHAI I ‘‘ FROM TIMISOARA – ULST, you should fulfilled and apply on our platform with the next documentations:

1st step - APPLY ON OUR PLATFORM

Apply on our platform - make sure you follow only this link https://erasmus-app.usab-tm.ro/#/register-incoming which is only for the incoming students!

2nd STEP - ask about help to complete your l.a

Each faculty of USVT has an ERASMUS+ Departmental Coordinator which provide you support for your academic mobility: the available courses, ECTS credits and choosing the subjects in your Learning Agreement.

3rd Create your application

Complete all the documents requested and create your application. Make sure your application form is signed by your your home university at the 2nd point

4th Step Check and accept

After your application has been checked you will be informed about the status.

5th stept - after approval

If you have been accepted please read very carrefully our Erasmus+ student guide!

6th Step Plan your trip

Please inform us about your arrival time. Make sure your bring you with a copy of the application documents, your learning agreement in original with the wet signature from your university and keep all the travel tickets

7th stept - upon arrival

Upon arrival in Timișoara, you should come to Erasmus+ office , located in the main campus. Registration takes place on the first working day following your arrival. Office regular working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Within your registration at the IR Office you will be given further instructions about enrollment procedure at your host faculty student affairs office, and you will be assisted in further steps concerning other formalities.

8th Step Formalities

Students who plan to study in Romania for more than 90 days are obliged to apply for the approval of the temporary stay for the purpose of studies. You should submit your application for the issuance of the residence card within 90 days of your arrival in Romania at the Foreigners’ Office
